These terms govern your use of properhub.io, the ProperHub application at app.properhub.io and the ProperHub SMS maintenance line (together, the “Service”), provided by ProperHub (“ProperHub,” “we,” “us”). By using the Service you agree to them. Customers who sign a separate agreement with us are governed by that agreement where it differs.
Elia answers from your workspace data and proposes actions that change nothing until you confirm them. AI output can be wrong or incomplete. Review it before relying on it, especially for legal, financial or compliance decisions.
Bank connections (Plaid), mailbox connections (Google, Microsoft) and SMS (Twilio) are provided by third parties under their own terms. Public records come from NYC Open Data and may be delayed or incomplete; always confirm deadlines with the issuing agency.
Program. ProperHub Maintenance Texts lets tenants of buildings managed with ProperHub report maintenance issues by text and receive replies, work-order confirmations and status updates about their requests. We do not send marketing messages.
Opting in. You opt in by entering your number at properhub.io/sms and confirming with the one-time link we text you, or by texting your building's ProperHub number. Consent is not a condition of tenancy or of receiving maintenance service.
Frequency and cost. Message frequency varies with the requests you make. Message and data rates may apply.
Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You'll get one confirmation message and no further messages. Reply START to opt back in.
Help. Reply HELP for help, or email contact@properhub.io.
Emergencies. The text line is not monitored in real time and is not an emergency service. For fire, gas leaks, flooding or other emergencies, call 911 and your building management directly.
Delivery. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy. See our Privacy Policy. We never share or sell your mobile number or SMS consent for marketing.
Paid plans are billed as agreed when you subscribe. Demo accounts are free and may be removed when the demo period ends.
Customers own the data they put into ProperHub. You give us permission to host and process it only to provide and improve the Service, as described in the Privacy Policy. You can export or ask us to delete it.
The Service, including its software and design, belongs to ProperHub and its licensors. These terms don't give you any rights to it beyond using the Service.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms or if needed to protect the Service or other users.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
To the extent the law allows, ProperHub is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim.
We may update these terms. We will post changes here and update the date above; material changes will be notified to customers before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
