If your building is managed with ProperHub, you can report maintenance issues by texting your building's ProperHub number — no app or login. Sign up below to receive those texts: replies that collect the details of your request, confirmation when it has been filed, and updates on its status.

ProperHub Maintenance Texts

  • Sign-up: enter your number below, then confirm with the one-time link we text you.
  • What you'll get: replies to repair requests you text in, confirmation when a work order is filed, and status updates on it. No marketing.
  • How often: message frequency varies with the requests you make.
  • Cost: message and data rates may apply.

  • Opt out: text STOP at any time. You'll get one confirmation and no further messages. Text START to rejoin.
