What happens when I request a sandbox?

Does Elia make changes on its own?
Supported actions Elia proposes must be confirmed, and permissions are checked before they are saved. There are separate workflows: tenant SMS intake can create tickets and lease imports write directly today. A pre-save review step for lease imports is planned.
Is ProperHub only for New York City?
The compliance connection is specifically for NYC DOB, HPD and ECB records. The platform also includes leases, maintenance, portfolio questions and financial visibility. Contact us to confirm the fit for buildings outside NYC.
Can ProperHub move money from my bank?
The Plaid connection is read-only and provides balances and transactions for financial visibility. It does not authorize money movement.
Do tenants need to download an app?
No. Tenants can text the building’s number for maintenance intake. Elia asks follow-up questions and creates a ticket. Tenant text sign-up is available from the footer.
How do I get my portfolio set up?
Lease PDF imports extract information and create or update units and tenants. Imports currently save directly. Other setup requirements depend on your records and connections; contact us to discuss your starting point.
